Illustrations and simple explanations of the proper techniques are provided on a durable, aesthetically pleasing shower card.
Breast self-exam cards are double-sided with English on one side and Spanish on the other.

(5 cm x 8.9 cm) printed card for healthcare professionals to give to patients interested in learning more about breast health or for any organization which is interested in increasing awareness about breast health to distribute. While supplies last these cards may be ordered free of charge (batch of 200 cards, normal list price $15.00).
